- Payment Information: Billing address and payment details processed through our third-party payment processors (we do not store complete credit card information on our servers).
- Communications: Any messages, feedback, or inquiries you send to us through contact forms, email, or customer support channels.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our platform, we automatically collect certain information about your device and usage:

- Enable Job Applicants to record, store, and share video interview responses.
- Allow Employers to view Job Applicant video responses and create custom interview questions.
- Generate shareable links for video responses to be included in resumes and job applications.
- Process payments and maintain transaction records.
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- Improve, test, and monitor the effectiveness of our platform and develop new features.
2.2 Communication
- Send you service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- Notify Employers when Job Applicants submit video responses to their posted questions.
- Send marketing communications about new features, promotions, and other news about our services (you may opt out at any time).
- Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.

3.1 With Employers (For Job Applicants)
When you share a link to your video responses or respond to an Employer's interview questions:
- Your video recordings, profile information, and responses to interview questions are shared with the Employers you choose.
- Employers may save, or share your video responses via the links you provided within their organization for hiring purposes.
3.2 With Job Applicants (For Employers)
Your company name, job postings, and interview questions are visible to Job Applicants who choose to respond to your positions.
3.3 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:
- Cloud hosting and storage providers (to store video content and user data).
- Payment processors (to handle billing and subscription management).
- Email and communication service providers (to send notifications and updates).
- Analytics and performance monitoring services (to analyze platform usage).
- Customer support platforms (to provide assistance and resolve issues).
- Security and fraud prevention services.
These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
